By accessing or using KairosBias ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Sachin Savindra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
KairosBias provides a data-driven currency strength analysis platform for foreign exchange traders and researchers. The Platform aggregates and processes publicly available macroeconomic data - including price data, Commitments of Traders (COT) reports, and central bank interest rates - and presents composite scoring and directional bias analysis across G8 currency pairs.
The Platform is offered in two tiers: a free tier providing access to live currency strength scores, and a paid Pro tier providing access to pair rankings, score breakdowns, historical data, custom weighting, watchlists, notes, and data export.

KairosBias is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, dealer, investment advisor, or any other regulated financial entity in Sri Lanka or any other jurisdiction.
Trading foreign exchange (forex) involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage available in forex trading can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade forex you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.
The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. KairosBias accepts no responsibility or liability for any losses incurred as a result of using data, analysis, or tools provided by this Platform.
To access Pro features, you must create an account by authenticating via Google Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
Pro access is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Sales are made through Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Recordfor every purchase. That means Creem, not KairosBias, is the seller of record and the counterparty to your transaction, and the charge on your statement will show a Creem descriptor rather than the KairosBias name. Creem's own terms and refund policy apply to the payment alongside these Terms. By subscribing you authorise Creem to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription price until you cancel.
KairosBias offers a 30-day free trial of Pro features that requires no payment method. Because no card is collected, the trial does not convert into a paid subscription and there is nothing to cancel; access simply reverts to the Free plan when the 30 days end. Paid Pro subscriptions are separate: your payment method is charged at the time of purchase and then on each renewal date until you cancel. If you subscribe while a free trial is still running, billing begins immediately and any remaining trial days end at that point.
The free trial is limited to one per account. We may pause or withdraw the trial offer at any time, which does not affect a trial already in progress. We record which pages and features a trial account uses so that we can understand how the product is actually used and improve it; see our Privacy Policy.
Founding Member pricing. A limited number of early monthly subscribers (currently the first 10) receive a discounted rate of $19 per month. This discount is applied for 12 monthly billing cycles from the date you subscribe, after which the subscription automatically continues at the standard price then in effect, currently $29 per month. This is a scheduled change built into the offer, not a discretionary price rise, and no further notice of it will be given. You may cancel at any time before or after it takes effect.
KairosBias does not store or have access to your payment card details. All payment data is handled directly by Creem in accordance with their terms and privacy policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then. We do not otherwise refund partial subscription periods.
Nothing here limits rights you have by law. Consumers in the UK, EU and other jurisdictions with equivalent protections may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital services purchase within a set period. Because Creem is the Merchant of Record, refund requests are handled under Creem's refund policy, and Creem may issue a refund independently of us. Contact support@kairosbias.com and we will help either way.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Pro tier after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

All content, design, code, scoring methodologies, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of Sachin Savindra and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.
Data sources used by KairosBias are publicly available: euro foreign exchange reference rates published by the European Central Bank, interest rate series published via FRED by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, and Commitments of Traders reports published by the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission. KairosBias's intellectual property lies in the processing, scoring methodology, and presentation of that data, not the underlying raw data itself.
KairosBias modifies this source data. Exchange rate cross-rates, exponential moving averages, normalised sub-scores and composite scores are calculated by KairosBias and are not published by, nor endorsed by, any of the sources named above. KairosBias does not redistribute any raw price feed, chart, or third-party indicator.
The underlying European Central Bank exchange rate data may be obtained free of charge from the ECB Data Portal at data.ecb.europa.eu, and CFTC Commitments of Traders reports are in the public domain and available free of charge from the CFTC. Subscription fees are charged for the scoring, ranking, history and presentation layer, not for access to the underlying data.
This product uses the FRED® API but is not endorsed or certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KairosBias and Sachin Savindra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other financial losses.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate, complete, or current at all times. Data delays, inaccuracies, or outages may occur and we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of such data.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
