Once per trading day. Exchange rates come from the ECB's daily reference fixing, interest rates from FRED, and COT positioning weekly after the CFTC's Friday release. Every score is timestamped.
Exchange rates come from the European Central Bank, interest rates from FRED, and positioning from the US CFTC. You are not paying for the data. The underlying ECB exchange rate data may be obtained free of charge from the ECB Data Portal at data.ecb.europa.eu, and CFTC reports are public domain. What your subscription pays for is the scoring engine, the rankings, the history and the presentation. The cross-rates, moving averages and composite scores are all calculated by KairosBias and are not published by any of those sources.
