This Privacy Policy explains how KairosBias, operated by Sachin Fernando ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the KairosBias platform ("Platform").

By using the Platform you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information

• Your name and email address, provided via Google Sign In
• Your Google profile ID used to identify your account
• Subscription status and billing history (managed by Lemon Squeezy)

User-generated content

• Watchlist entries (currency pairs you choose to save)
• Trading notes attached to pairs
• Score alert preferences and thresholds
• Custom weighting preferences

Usage data

• Pages visited and features used within the Platform
• Browser type, device type, and approximate location (country level)
• IP address and access timestamps

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain your account and Pro subscription
• Personalise your experience - saving your watchlist, notes, alerts, and weight preferences
• Send transactional emails such as score alert notifications and billing confirmations
• Respond to support enquiries
• Monitor and improve Platform performance and reliability
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

Your account data and user-generated content are stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is stored on servers with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and user-generated content will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

KairosBias uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Google Sign In - used for authentication. Google may collect data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
• Lemon Squeezy - used for payment processing. They handle all payment card data directly. KairosBias never stores or accesses your card details.
• Supabase - used for database and authentication infrastructure.
• Vercel - used for hosting and content delivery.
• Resend - used for transactional email delivery (score alerts, billing notifications).

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We encourage you to review their policies.

KairosBias uses cookies and similar technologies solely for authentication session management. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Session cookies are necessary for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled while using the authenticated features of the Platform.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your user-generated content (available via the CSV export feature)
• Withdraw consent to data processing, where applicable

KairosBias is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last updated.
